Who I am
This site is run by Gaurav Nandipura, based in Madrid, Spain. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at @gaurav.nandipur on Instagram.
What I collect
Only what you enter in the request form: your name, your Instagram handle and your message. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Why
To read and reply to your request and, if we decide to work together, to arrange that. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Where it goes
Requests are delivered to the tools I use to manage enquiries. The site is hosted by a third-party provider, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages securely.
How long
I keep requests for up to twelve months, or for the length of any engagement, and then delete them.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time — contact me at @gaurav.nandipur on Instagram. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
